Falcor

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Oceann Ltd, which operates Falcor. By using Falcor you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google and belong to a workspace. You are responsible for who you invite to your workspace and for keeping your account secure.

Acceptable use

Use Falcor for legitimate business relationship management. Do not use it to store data you have no right to hold, to send unlawful or unsolicited communication, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Falcor. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it in order to provide the service.

AI output

Falcor summarises, researches and drafts. Its output can be wrong or incomplete. Review anything before you rely on it or send it. Falcor never sends external communication without your explicit approval.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed to the workspace through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Falcor available and secure, but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Falcor and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
