Falcor is operated by Oceann Ltd. This policy explains what we collect when you use Falcor at meetfalcor.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We request identity information only — we do not read your Gmail unless you separately and explicitly connect it.
What you tell Falcor. The notes, voice notes, messages and images you send describing the people you meet, along with the summaries, suggested actions and draft follow-ups Falcor produces from them.
Network records. Details of the people and companies in your workspace, such as names, job titles, company names and public company information.
Billing information. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and identifiers; we never see or store your card details.
Technical information. Standard logs needed to run and secure the service.
To identify the people and companies you mention, research public context about them, build your workspace's shared network, suggest next steps, draft follow-ups, and to operate, secure and support the service.
Falcor never sends a message on your behalf. Drafts wait for you to review and send.
Falcor is organised around workspaces. Everything you capture is separated by workspace, and no other company can access your workspace's data.
Within your workspace, encounters are shared with your colleagues by default so the team builds one shared view of a relationship. You can mark any capture as private, or set private as your default, in which case only you can see the notes — your colleagues still see that the person exists in the network.
We use a small number of processors to run Falcor: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Meta (WhatsApp messaging, where you use it) and AI model providers used to understand your notes and draft follow-ups. Your content is sent to these providers only to deliver the features you are using, and is not used to train third-party models.
We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. You can delete individual records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data entirely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will respond.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is enforced at the database level so records are only reachable by the workspace they belong to. Credentials and API keys are held server-side and never exposed to the browser.
